Can I check my policy online?

Yes, our online web service "My Quinn Life" allows you to check your policy online. When you incept your new policy you will be issued with a Web User ID and a Web User Guide. Using your Web User ID you can access your policy details online, switch between funds and change your premium. Go Up


How do I change my bank details?

To amend your bank details please print out our Change of Bank Details form or email info@quinn-life.com to request the form and return to QUINN-life Direct Ltd, Dublin Road, Cavan.

How do I notify of a change of address?

Please print our Change of Address Request form and return to QUINN-life Direct Ltd, Dublin Road, Cavan. Alternatively a written letter or email to QUINN-life confirming your policy number, old address, new address and the date from which all correspondence should go to your new address is sufficient. How do I switch between funds?

To switch please send a written instruction confirming if you:

  1. Want to complete a full or part switch
  2. Want to switch past or future contributions or both, and
  3. Which funds you want to switch from and into

What is a past switch?

A past switch is where you instruct QUINN-life to switch all or a specified sum or percentage of your contributions from their existing funds to another QUINN-life fund.Go Up


What is a future switch?

A future switch is where you instruct QUINN-life to put all your future contributions in a fund(s) different to that which you are currently invested in or a different fund split.Go Up


Can I do a past and future switch together?

Yes. To do this, please write to QUINN-life instructing us to switch your past and future contributions to the new fund(s) of your choice.Go Up


How do I withdraw all of my money?

To withdraw your money you need to return your original policy schedule to QUINN-life along with a written and signed request to withdraw. Where the policy is in both names the request to withdraw must be signed by both policyholders.Go Up


How do I withdraw part of my money?

To withdraw part of your money you need to return your original policy schedule to QUINN-life along with a written and signed request to withdraw, stating the amount you wish to withdraw and highlighting which funds you wish this amount to be taken from. Where the policy is in both names the request to withdraw must be signed by both policyholders.Go Up


What happens if I've lost my policy document?

Where the policy schedule has been mislaid, we will issue you with a Lost Policy Declaration (LPD) form for you to sign and return with:

  • Original photo identification
    (or a copy certified by a Garda, accountant or solicitor) and,
  • A written & signed request to withdraw.
